We offer a wide range of products and services, some of which include Dispensing both NHS and Private Prescriptions, Repeat Dispensing, Medicine Usage Reviews (MURs), New Medicine Service, Flu Vaccination and Emergency Hormonal Contraception, just to name a few. CPPQ – Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire - Patient Survey
All pharmacies are required to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire (CPPQ), also referred to as the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire or Patient Survey. The questionnaire allows patients to provide valuable feedback to community pharmacies on the services they provide.
At Land Chemist, we always try to provide you with the best possible service. We are asking NHS patients to complete a short and anonymous questionnaire about the service we provide.
